How to: Extend the Output Voltage of the Basler boost V Output Line#
Basler boost V cameras have one galvanically isolated output line (Line 2).
Depending on the termination, the high level will be either 2 or 4 VDC:
If you want to drive a device requiring higher voltage levels (such as 24 VDC signal), you need to add an external circuitry.
Basler recommends using a NPN transistor as described in the following picture:
The choice of transistor depends on the required current.
