microDiagnostics and microDisplay Don't Detect Frame Grabber in Windows 10

Issue

The microDiagnostics and microDisplay tools can't detect a frame grabber installed on a Windows 10 (build 1903) system. The Windows device manager shows the installed boards perfectly fine, though.

This may also apply to Windows 10 versions released after 1903, such as 1909 or 2004.

Reason

The siso_hw_meX.dll files have some compatibility issues with the July / August 2019 release of Windows 10 (build 1903).

Solution

To fix this issue, download and install one of the patches below:

• Windows 10 64-bit patch
• Windows 10 32-bit patch

The frame grabber should be visible again in microDiagnostics and microDisplay.
