GigE Interface Cards#
The interface cards are tested for seamless operation with Basler GigE cameras and the Basler pylon Software Suite resulting in enhanced performance and stability.

The PoE interface cards listed above receive power via the PCIe slots except for the Basler 4 Port GigE PoE Interface Card. It must receive AUX power from the computer's power supply via a 4-pin 5.25" Molex receptacle of the Molex 8981 series.
Maximum Cable Lengths#
Basler offers high-quality cables and plugs that are specifically designed for connecting Basler interface cards and cameras.
The maximum specified cable lengths differ according to transmission rates and shielding category, as indicated in the following table. Basler recommends not to exceed the indicated cable lengths.
