NOTICE – Improper removal of the cable may damage the connector.
The FAKRA connector has a locking mechanism that must be engaged to ensure a secure connection. To avoid damaging the FAKRA connector when unplugging it, proceed as follows:
Press the release lever (1) firmly down and hold it down while slightly pushing the connector towards (2) the connected device. Then, pull the connector carefully off (3) the device while still pressing the lever.
