This topic provides sample circuit diagrams for connecting your Basler dart M GigE Interface Board to a dart M GigE camera module.

Opto-Coupled Input Line#

The following diagram shows a typical circuit using the opto-coupled input line (Line 1) of a Basler dart M GigE Interface Board. As an example, a TTL or CMOS logic gate is used in the external circuit.

GPIO Input Line#

The following diagram shows a typical circuit when a GPIO line is set to operate as an input. As an example, Line 3 is connected, and a TTL or CMOS logic gate is used in the external circuit.

GPO / GPIO as Output Line#

The following diagram shows a typical circuit when a GPIO line is set to operate as an output. As an example, Line 3 is connected. This circuit only works with devices that accept NPN communication.
