Troubleshooting (blaze Viewer)#
No image in blaze Viewer when starting the blaze Viewer in a remote desktop session
If you have started the blaze Viewer in a remote desktop session and no image component windows are shown in the image display pane, check your remote desktop settings.
To check your remote desktop settings:
- Open the remote desktop client by clicking Remote Desktop Connection in the Start menu.
- Click Show Options.
- Under Colors, make sure that Highest Quality (32 bit) is selected.
Saving parameters doesn't work
Image acquisition needs to be stopped before you can save the current feature settings.
