Troubleshooting (blaze Viewer)#

This topic contains solutions for common problems when working with the blaze Viewer.

No image in blaze Viewer when starting the blaze Viewer in a remote desktop session

If you have started the blaze Viewer in a remote desktop session and no image component windows are shown in the image display pane, check your remote desktop settings.

To check your remote desktop settings:

  1. Open the remote desktop client by clicking Remote Desktop Connection in the Start menu.
  2. Click Show Options.
  3. Under Colors, make sure that Highest Quality (32 bit) is selected.

Saving parameters doesn't work

Image acquisition needs to be stopped before you can save the current feature settings.
